The IET Digital Library holds more than 100,000 technical papers from 1994 onwards for all IET journals, magazines, conference publications and seminar digests. Highly cited journals such as Electronics Letters are available alongside 24 IET Research Journal titles, the IET's online only journal Micro & Nano Letters, the IET's member magazine Engineering & Technology, plus seminar digests and conference publications.

Also available is the IET Digital Library Journals Archive. With over 70,000 articles available, this is the complete collection of research journals published by the Institution between the years 1872 and 1993.

The IET has launched its e-Books service, bringing professionals access to some 300 titles across 12 specialist disciplines, covering all key areas of engineering and technology.

New User? You can freely browse table of contents and abstracts of research papers, or search for articles in many areas of electrical and electronic engineering, including power, radar, telecommunications, circuits, computing, control and IT.
